This year, a total of 35 children of collaborators have participated in a new edition of the educational program "Vacaciones Entretenidas", which on this occasion has placed emphasis on environmental education.
The participants - between 6 and 12 years old and with a prominent academic record - enjoyed the summer camp held in the precordillerano sector of Canelo, in the Cajón del Maipo (Metropolitan Region), during the school break.
In addition to sports days, participants had the opportunity to learn how to make an urban garden and a compost, sensitizing them about the importance of maintaining a varied and healthy diet. In a playful and experiential way, these activities also allowed to promote values and skills as essential as teamwork, tolerance and healthy coexistence.
The Foundation promotes these educational leisure initiatives in Spain, Portugal and Chile, with the aim of bringing new skills and knowledge to the new generations of the 21st century.
