Lima, Pe.- The IV edition of our initiative for inclusion has managed to mobilize more than 240 employees of Prosegur and their families, who have supported 117 people with intellectual disabilities to reach the goal together. The race, organized by the Prosegur Foundation, covered 5 kilometers of the district of Surco and had the collaboration of public agencies and institutions working for the integration of this group, highlighting among them our partner Ann Sullivan.
The participants faced this challenge of solidarity through two categories: Master, for regular runners, and Junior, for those who walk or trot at their own pace. And all of them celebrated the finish with a "bailetón" and special entertainment circuits.
This integrating leisure action is added to the initiatives that Prosegur develops in the country to offer a more stable future through employment to people with intellectual disabilities, such as the Inclusion Plan or the Documentary Digitalisation Centre. Two projects of shared value in which we already have 10 professionals with different capacities.
