The Strength of Who We Are

At the Prosegur Foundation, we want to share how we have experienced 2025: a year in which we have demonstrated that when people come together with a common purpose, transformation is unstoppable. 

Our mission to generate development opportunities for people has become a reality thanks to the support of Prosegur professionals who, with passion and humility, have been involved in our social projects. For quality education that reduces gaps. For a more inclusive society that leaves no one behind. Where it is most needed. 

This video summarises our year in action and captures this spirit of service through the commitment of our volunteers in the field. But in 2025, we also have the figures to back us up: 

  • We now have 38 schools in our Piecitos Colorados Development Cooperation programme in eight countries (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Honduras, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay), through which we are improving the education and quality of life of more than 5,000 students. 
  • More than 2,500 students have learned about robotics and programming through our projects. And nearly 1,100 students from vulnerable backgrounds have improved their reading skills. 
  • We have trained 127 teachers in rural schools in Artificial Intelligence as a pedagogical reinforcement tool. 
  • A total of 1,886 hours of training have been provided to our volunteers, increasing the number of professionals by 16.1% compared to 2024. In addition, we have added Central America to our solidarity actions, reaching a total of 115 volunteer days in 13 countries.  
  • Our work to raise environmental awareness has resulted in the collection of more than 5,690 kilos of waste from natural areas, reaching as far as the Peruvian Amazon! And sustainability has filled classrooms with educational workshops for more than 600 students. 
  • Together with our businesses, we have developed seven new initiatives for shared value between business and society: safety workshops for minors, financial education for primary school students, recycling of uniforms to create school kits, and the donation of 9,954 disused technological devices from the company to strengthen the training and employability of young people from vulnerable backgrounds.

The scope of our actions has been significant, but even more so has been the way in which we have achieved them together. By showing that we care about people, we think positively and we are unstoppable!
