Our Vacation Experiences awake the passion to create

For several days, participants have immersed themselves in the STEAM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) and development of Innovative DNA skills (questioning, observation, networking, experimentation and association).

Thanks to collaboration with strategic allies such as Mushaisa in Colombia, Minds of Tomorrow in Paraguay and Moscalab in Uruguay, the children of Prosegur employees have learned to work as a team to solve logic and assisted design challenges.

The workshops have ranged from the design of automated prototypes, the production of digital content through stop motion and musical composition, to outdoor challenges. The result? A total immersion in which they have enhanced skills such as:

Logical thinking: by programming and assembling robots.
Digital creativity: through visual narrative and sound production
Problem solving: facing technical challenges collaboratively.
Communication: having to present and defend their projects to their classmates.

At the end of the journey, new knowledge is taken away and the assurance that ingenuity and teamwork are the keys to solving any challenge of the future.
