Our Participation in the XI Inclusion Cup

Social commitment and teamwork have taken to the field once again. Last weekend, volunteer professionals from Prosegur participated in the XI edition of the Inclusion Cup, a 7-a-side football tournament organized by our partner, the Aprocor Inclusion and Support Foundation, whose core mission is to improve the quality of life for people with intellectual disabilities and their families.

At the Prosegur Foundation, we couldn't miss this solidarity event, where Prosegur volunteer employees teamed up with two star signings from the Aprocor Foundation.

Playing in shifts to ensure everyone could participate, our team faced representatives from other companies in an atmosphere of respect, and integration. But beyond the final score, the true success of the day was measured by the human impact of the initiative, allowing us to take home the best trophy of all:

• Real and effective inclusion: Sharing the effort, game strategy, and celebration as equals in every match.
• Pure teamwork: Demonstrating that when everyone rows in the same direction, every pass, every run, and every collective action contributes to common success.
• Multiplied values: Promoting solidarity, companionship, and empathy through healthy sports participation.

Since 2007, in the Prosegur Foundation we have been working on various initiatives aimed to support the workplace integration of people with intellectual disabilities. And we do it in partnership with specialized foundations and through the Supported Employment methodology, to ensure greater autonomy in their professional development.

Additionally, with the aim of raising awareness about diversity among employees and their families, we organize recreational volunteering days that seek to drive the integration of this group within a normalized, leisure environment.

Through actions like the Inclusion Cup, we continue to join forces to create spaces where talent and equal opportunities are a reality. Because contributing to build a more inclusive society will always, undoubtedly, be our best move.
